Since I posted about the Hymns project from Page CXVI yesterday, I thought I’d go a little more urban today. This song is based upon Kevin DeYoung’s newest book entitled, “The Truth We Almost Forgot.” I have this book and mean to read it soon, but alas, it still sits upon my shelf waiting its turn. As a father of four who thoroughly believes in catechizing my children (we use and promote the Westminster shorter as well as Spurgeon’s Puritan Catechism) and promote  family devotions around a catechism in our church, this rap was not only fun and entertaining, but it was also encouraging.
